Article 2 – Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer by Luméa and to every distance contract concluded between Luméa and the consumer.

Article 3 – Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Payment is made via the payment methods offered on the website. Obvious errors or mistakes in an offer are not binding on Luméa.

Article 4 – Delivery

Orders placed on weekdays before 22:00 are delivered the next day in the Netherlands. For other European countries, delivery takes approximately 3 business days. Stated delivery times are indicative; exceeding them does not entitle the consumer to compensation.

Article 5 – Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason. Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer. See our return policy for full conditions.

Article 6 – Conformity and warranty

Luméa guarantees that products comply with the contract and with reasonable requirements of soundness and usability. Statutory warranty applies.

Article 7 – Complaints

Complaints about the performance of the contract can be submitted via info@lumea-plts.com. Complaints are answered within 14 days of receipt. Consumers can also submit disputes via the European ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

Article 8 – Applicable law

Dutch law applies exclusively to all agreements.
